After careful deliberation, Gainesville Burger Club has awarded Public & General the coveted 2016 GBC Burger of the Year trophy. When added together, their blend of simple, fresh ingredients amounts to something more than just a sum of parts. The burger comes close to the Platonic Ideal of what we perceive as hamburger.
